14th-20th King's Hussars / Kings Royal Hussars NCOs Lance Ranks Arm Badge

A 1957 Lance Corporals' pattern two part construction badge with raised rim, the oval in gilding metal and the eagle blackened, with two original loops (east - west) to the reverse and two original screw posts to the reverse of the eagle but now with replacement retaining nuts (should have been hexagonal). 18th Royal Hussars (Queen Marys Own) NCOs White Metal Arm Badge, pre 1922 variety

A die cast white metal example with to original loops to the reverse. Circa 3.6cms tall and 4cms wide. Scarce.

Note this has a gap between the tail of the Q and back leg of the M. Post 1922 versions did not have a gap. See the final photo for a side my side comparison. Only the badge on the left is for sale here. See my item 64761 for the later pattern.

11th PAO Hussars NCOs Silver Plated Arm Badge

A very fine solid die-struck (semi-cast) silver plated crest of Prince Albert on two original lugs (sanctioned for wear in 1876, but this pattern was actually worn in the 1950s). Circa 6cm tall. Minor toning to silver finish.

Royal Scots Dragoon Guards (RSDG) NCOs Bi Metal Arm Badge

Bi Metal arm badge with all three original loops to reverse. Slight spotting otherwise in condition with minor service wear to loops. Reverse has a stock number written on a panel of white paint. Would have been worn on a mourning black back backing. Circa 47mm tall and 38mm wide.

Formed in 1971 by amalgamation of the 3rd Carabiniers and Royal Scots Greys.

Rare 3rd Kings Own Hussars Rearing Horse White Metal Facing Pair Collar Badges

A facing pair of die struck white metal cap badges with two original dark toned loops to the reverse of each. Line cavalry collar badges approved in 1898 - 1899. This design was not popular and quickly replaced by the running long horse variety. Not clear if ever issued for other ranks. Facing but not matching.
