Unvoided with two long original lugs to the reverse. Cat with tail up. Circle carries the title of the unit "1st Argyll Highland Rifle Volunteers ". Circa 7.9cms tall. Some wear and bending to lugs otherwise sharp detail and lightly domed, a lovely example.

A good stiff badge with two original dark toned lugs to the reverse. Sharp detail, could benefit from a light clean. Circa 8.1cm tall and 6cm wide.

This was the largest cap badge worn in the British Army. Until about 1908 the centre of the badge was solid, but after this date the central devices were fretted and voided.

A good original wartime issue 1940's onwards silver plated red enamel badge, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'H.W.M' (H.W. Miller) official issue number '182859'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel.
