A scarce OSD die cast bronze cap badge with two original blades to the reverse (these are very stiff and a bit thicker than usually encountered but do appear to be original). No damage to lance tips or pennants. A scarce badge.

Circa 25.5mm in diameter, fixed shank, blank reverse. A camel to centre below a number 3 and the words Bahawalpur Abbas Rifles around the rim face.

The letters LMV below a QVC and above a rose. Circa 26mm in diameter, fixed shank, maker marked Jennens & Co London. Silver is extremely dark toned and wear to plated finish on the high points otherwise in good condition. Postally unused, gloss finish and blank reverse. An amazingly crisp original portrait with a very clear image of his wolseley sun helmet and pagri flash " 5 / Hants ", colour sergeant sash, pioneer crossed axes above sergeant chevrons to right arm, and his IGS medal ribbon, which dates the photo nicely to later in 1919.

Aill items on original loops and in good overall condition. Braising / sweat / expansion hole to reverse of acorn on cap badge, collar badge very dark toned loops and the shoulder title is the second pattern, but which was introduced before 1902.
