Pre 1903 cast pattern for extra strength with correctly mounted King's crown and original slider. Single braising / sweat hole behind the PoW feathers. This version with all brass pennons to the lances (usually found with a white metal / silver overlay). In good overall condition.

17/21st lancers Hallmarked Silver Officers Mess Dress Collar Badges
A pair of hallmarked silver mess dress collars, both converted to functional pin fittings to the reverse and maker marked JR Gaunt London. However, despite their close similarity from the front (not quite matching) the hallmarks are 20 years apart, one with Birmingham assay mark with Letter C (1927) and the other Letter X (1947). Circa 2.1cms tall. Quality items rarely encountered.

In very good condition, a die cast bimetal cap badge with four original loops to the reverse. Two part construction with applied lower white metal pennants. A lovely badge. Scarce.
