WW1 Officers Map Lens (11) France - Attributed to Captain W G Clark RFA
No 11 in the series of twelve large scale foldable maps covering France and Belgium, this one covering the Lens area which included Arras, Bapaume and of course Lens. Map itself is clean and intact, the linen covers are grubby from service use and foxed with age. It is not a trench map as it does not have trenches marked on it.

Completed Army Form B2067, 4 sides, detailing particulars of one 6776 Pte John Plews who served with the 8th (TF) Battalion (HQ Durham) and served in France and Flanders.
