Original foolscap size Certificate of Service and portrait photo of this Marine, not particularly informative, and folded but complete and covering his service from April 1941 until de-mobbed in early 1946. It comprises of 4 pages. Sadly it does not state his medal entitlement but he must have had some. A post war envelope addressed to him confirms a Birmingham address.

In Memoriam Printed Card for the Loss of the British Airship R101 - includes Roll of Honour

The R101 airship crashed in France during its maiden overseas voyage on 5 October 1930, killing 48 of the 54 people on board. Curiously, the memoriam card states only 47 killed, including crew and passengers. The killed included Lord Thomson, Air Minister and Sir Sefton Brancker, Air Vice Marshal of the RAF. WW1 Officers Map Lens (11) France - Attributed to Captain W G Clark RFA

No 11 in the series of twelve large scale foldable maps covering France and Belgium, this one covering the Lens area which included Arras, Bapaume and of course Lens. Map itself is clean and intact, the linen covers are grubby from service use and foxed with age. It is not a trench map as it does not have trenches marked on it.
