A small and attractive enamel and hallmarked silver buttonhole lapel badge for a Patron of the Old Contemptibles Association. Enamel in good undamaged condition. Maker marked Toy & Co Ltd London (under the horseshoe fitting) and also T & Co to reverse and hallmarked silver stamps for London 1932 (date letter R). Circa 19mm in diameter and in very good condition. Scarce.

WW1 WAAC Womens Auxiliary Army Corps Cap Badge - Gaunt
A die struck brass cap badge with two original loops to reverse and maker marked JR Gaunt London in embossed lettering to the rear. It also has the recipients servce number G15051 to the reverse on an applied oval brass plaque. I have seen similar badges with different numbers. Some signs of service wear otherwise in very good condition.

WW1 Volunteer Training Reserve VTC - The Inns of Court Reserve Corps ( RC ), Bronze Collar Badge, 1914 - 1919
Part of the Volunteer Force recreated in WW1, the letters R and C for Reserve Corps were worn on tab ends of the scroll. The badge was worn without a crown and neither did it carry the battle honour for South Africa. A good die struck collar badge with two original lugs to the reverse. Circa 3.2cm tall. Scarce.

A scarce mufti lapel badge to a very specific territorial unit of the Yorkshire RAMC. Enamel in undamaged condition, gilt bright, pin fixings original and fully functional. A small badge at circa 2.8cms tall. Scarce.
Attached to the 49th West Riding Division and saw service in France including at the Somme.
