The 10th County of London Regiment (Hackney) Officers Large Pattern Gilt Button
Circa 27mm in diameter (larger than usual for other regiments - see also my item 59097), fixed shank, maker's mark Firmin London. Gilt bright. It depicts the tower from the arms of Hackney. Worn 1912 to 1937. A stunning button.

A scarce HAC button as per Grenadier Guards in design but found in white metal as worn by the HAC infantry Battalion, with the cypher for King Edward VII, dating it to circa 1901 - 1910.

A pre 1881 other ranks button for the 9th Regt of Foot. Circa 18mm in diameter, grooved back with shank, maker marked E&Ws /
Patent. Some slight loss of detail from polishing otherwise in very good condition and a scarce Irish maker. I have left the pipe cleaner on for the shank is fixed and difficult to display on a card without some means of attaching, but easily removed. See also... read more

Ceylon Planters Rifle Corps Blackened Brass Collar Badge
