Postally unused, gloss finish and blank reverse. An amazingly crisp original portrait with a very clear image of his wolseley sun helmet and pagri flash " 5 / Hants ", colour sergeant sash, pioneer crossed axes above sergeant chevrons to right arm, and his IGS medal ribbon, which dates the photo nicely to later in 1919.
