A pair of Second World War British Army tropical khaki drill "Bombay Bloomers" Shorts, dated 1943
A WW2 worn pair with some stains and dirty marks and one buckle missing the other has gone a bit green. All buttons present. They would clean up a bit but do have some stains which may not come out. Original label is on the outside! Size 5.

Scarce and original white metal cap badge (with the more lion-like looking lion) in good condition with original brooch pin to the reverse. As worn in WW1 by 20th , 21st , 22nd , 23rd and 29th (Service) Battalions, The Northumberland Fusiliers ( Tyneside Scottish ). This badge has a nice curve to it and original stout pin fitting as encountered on WW1 examples.
