A pleasing wite metal example, crested crane to centre of wreath with scroll "Uganda Police" below, the wreath surmounted by a King's Crown.
This pattern worn from 1947 until change of crown a few years after the accession of Queen Elizabeth II, so a short lived badge and very hard to find. Not in either volume of Renfrew. Scarce.
