WW2 Home Front - HG Home Guard Brass Shoulder Title
In good condition with two original loops to the reverse. Circa 30mm wide and 16mm tall. Generally the Home Guard wore cloth titles, but some units wore this title in metal.
Slightly shorter in width and different to another pattern offered as my item 63526.

Formed from Scottish Command. Saw service predominately in the Mediterranean, Albania, Yugoslavia , Greece and Italy.

Traditionally Pioneers of the Grenadier Guards and Fusilier Regiments wore a grenade above crossed hatches / axes (See 7A in Edwards & Langley).
