Removed from cap. Padded and with embroidered silks of red, green and blue jewel highlights and a maroon red velvet backing to crown. White metal fouled anchor to centre on black velvet. Black hessian backing (minor wear) with strengthening bar. Some tarnish to bullion otherwise in very good condition.
