A large and impressive cast brass shoulder title, worn in facing pairs (see my item 60216 for the right facing version). Three original integral loops to the reverse.

Good scarce die-stamped blackened brass crowned coiled bugle ornamented with laurel; White Horse of Kent on steel wire gauze to voided centre. Some staining from rusting of backing mesh. Loops professionally replaced with white metal pin fittings. Scarce.

18th formed at Bromley 26th March, 1860.

Calcutta Light Horse (CLH) Officer's Gilt and Silver Plated Cap Badge

Indian made, finely cast in two parts with original loops. Some light tarnishing to silver plate finish on star rays otherwise in very good condition and scarce. Circa 4.4cms tall.
