Northumberland Fusiliers 2nd / 3rd Volunteer Battalion Officers Silver Plated Bearskin Grenade
Of two part construction with two original dark toned loops to the reverse. Central long loop clipped off as often found. The silver plate is good but there is a small band of underlying brass across the neck, possibly where a retaining strap was applied on display or when first plated. not particularly obvious from the front. Otherwise a scarce badge in very good condition.

Corps of Military Accountants (GV) Brass Cap Badge
George V cypher in a voided oval with original slider. Sharp detail and in very good condition. Formed in 1919 and disbanded in 1927, with remaining personnel transferring to the Royal Army Pay Corps RAPC). Their role was to sort out the various finances of the Great War.

The Royal Fusiliers Regiment (City of London Regiment) (7th Foot) - Small Pattern Other Ranks Brass Cap Badge
A Victorian issue cap / collar badge with two original brass toned loops to the reverse. Churchill confirms that this small pattern badge, which was also worn as a collar, was latterly fitted with a slider for wear on the Brodrick Cap 1898-1905 (p42 of the "History of The British Army Infantry Collar Badge" refers). Some polishing to highpoints otherwise in good condition.
