WW2 Hampshire Regiment Plastic Bakelite Economy Cap Badge
Complete with its original blades, maker marked 'A Stanley & Sons, Walsall'. In very good condition with only minor distortion with only light crazing evident on the reverse of the cellulose acetate plastic. Sometimes incorrectly described as Bakelite.

Rifle Regiment Officer's Red Corded Boss
Useful. In very good condition. As worn on the Khaki peaked cap and forage cap/side cap by Rifle regiments. Circa 2.5cms in diameter and 1.5cms tall. Smaller than the 2GR example for sale at my item 65663.
It could also serve as formation commanders collar badge as per BoBD (jon Mills) no 361.

The Household Battalion - WW1 War Raised Unit - Reservists from The Household Cavalry, c.1916 - 1918
An original large oval badge with a bronzed finish but unusually this is fitted with a C clasp and pin and there is no sign of a slider having ever being fitted. Circa 5.7cm tall. Not aware of this unit wearing a pagri so either it is for this or unissued stock converted for wear as a sweetheart brooch. Any information welcome.
