The Wiltshire Regiment Officers Silver and Gilt Small Field Service Cap Badge, post 1954
A good scarce post 1954 die cast unmarked silver plated example with two original silvered long (13mm) lugs to the reverse with applied gilt Duke of Edinburgh's cypher. Silver bright, but with some wear to the plate finish otherwise in good condition.

The Wiltshire Regiment Officers Silver and Gilt Small Field Service Cap Badge, pre 1954
Of two part construction with two original long (13mm) copper lugs. The cross is silver marked with the letter "(S)" and maker marked JR Gaunt London. Silver dark toned, gilt a little dull, but in very good condition.

Circa 19mm in diameter, shank removed and replaced with brooch pin fitting, back-marked JR Gaunt Ld, London. Dated 1914 to front. Gilded finish, slight wear but detail very good; pin clasp functional.
