Description: Scarce WW2 Hampshire County Division Cloth Patch. A scarce WW2 era embroidered cloth patch worn by the Hampshire County Division. This was a very short lived division formed on 28th February 1941 and was disbanded in the December of the same year. It was an infantry only formation located on the South East of England and on the coast of the English Channel.

This USA made woven formation sign was worn by both American and British Staff attached to Allied Forces Headquarters. It has some age to it. In very good condition.
Approved for use in May 1943 and still worn when the HQ moved from Algiers to Caserta in Italy in July 1944 until the end of the war.
