In memory of Lord Roberts who died in 1916, a small two part constructed tin medal on original ribbon (damaged and just hanging on). 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles (The Sirmoor Rifles) Large Pattern Button

Circa 26mm in diameter, black composition button, fixed shank. It has the design of the King’s cypher ERI beneath an imperial crown with crossed kukris beneath. There is no back mark. In very good condition. Worn by all ranks circa 1972 until June 1994.

In very good condition with original slider with crimp mark. An early example, thickly die struck and of some quality. This pattern as worn from 1911 - 1992, with a scarlet cloth backing. Circa 38mm tall and 39mm wide.
