Oxf & Bucks Pair of Facing Other Ranks Two Part Brass Gilding Metal Shoulder Titles
A facing and near matching pair of two-part shoulder titles complete with all fixings. In very good condition. Worn 1908 - 1914 and still in use at the depot for recuits as late as 1939.
In 1908 the title of the Regiment was changed to the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry and with it a change of shoulder title. C

Indian Army - 5th Light Infantry Two Part Large Cast Badge
A two part cast badge with original fixings. Similar to the pagri badge for this unit but in two parts and the shape of the fittings suggest it may have been worn on a shoulder belt or pouch. A large three part construction cap star, die struck and silver plated with enamel to strap and centre cross in very good condition. Two original loops to reverse. . An example with a bit of age to it. Circa xx cms across. Harder to find than the elongated officer's patterns.
