A white winged figure of Victory standing before four white points (The needles of the Isle of Wight) all on a blue ground (commemorating the ports which launched the D-Day invasion). This example faces right and has been removed from uniform. Some minor staining otherwise in good overall condition. As worn from 1945 - 1948.

Smaller than the cap badge (see final photo for comparison, available for sale elsewhere as my item 63089) at circa 3cms tall and 2.4cms wide, with two original loops to the reverse. In good overall condition.
