XIXH - 19th Hussars (Alexandra PWO) Officer's Shoulder Title, Pre 1908

A rare officer's Roman numeral large pattern shoulder title in gilt brass with two original loops to the reverse. Only minor signs of service wear and in very good condition. This pattern only worn until 1908 when replaced by XIXRH.

A good blackened brass metal die struck cap badge with two original loops to the reverse. One usually encounters the larger Glengarry badge of this period (K&K Vol 1 No 689). Circa 4cms tall. Rare.

A large and impressive brass cast badge in the shape of a 'Cheel' (Kite) facing right with wings outstretched, perched on a scroll with the inscription 'MARWAR', the ancient name for the kingdom of Jodhpur. A volunteer reserve force raised on the eve of WW2 to assist local defence. Its roll included an anti-aircraft unit in Khartoum.

Queens (Royal West Surrey Regiment) Indian Made Sweetheart Brooch - Two Anna coins

A silver heart stamped with the regimental badge of this regiment flanked by two, two silver anna pieces on either side, one with the bust of Edward VII and dated 1910 and the other with the bust of George V and dated 1912 (partly obscured but just visible). A crossover piece between two monarchs. Sadly the pin has snapped off but the C clasp is still present. Sold as seen.
