Scarce sweetheart brooch, gilt brass and enamel. Pin original and fully functional, maker marked "O.Ltd", In good condition with no damage to the enamel. Presumably this was for members of the Royal Marine Artillery serving as the RND divisional artillery. Circa 37mm tall. Superb.

WW1 - 4th Collingwood Battalion 1st Royal Naval Brigade Two Piece Shoulder Title on Backing Plate, circa 1914/15
The Battalion was disbanded before the issue of a cap badge, shoulder titles were worn with the numeral 4 above on a brass backing plate. The curved title has had its lugs squashed, one almost completely closed. WW1 Durham County Special Constable Constabulary Police Gilt & Enamel Mufti Buttonhole Lapel Badge - Group Leader Scroll
A rare WW1 lapel badge, circa 4cms tall with the scroll "Group Leader". Some surface damage to the white enamel on the scroll (difficult to photograph) otherwise in very good condition and scarce. Stamped with an early low issue number "23" to reverse and maker marked.

Cheshire Regiment Militia / Volunteer Battalion Collar Badge
Die struck in white metal with two brass loops soldered to the reverse. Does not appear to have been cut down from the glengarry circlet. Possibly also worn on the field service cap but Churchill is convinced they were worn as collar badges when in white metal by either the Militia and / or Volunteer Battalions pre 1908.

17/21st Lancers Cast White Metal NCO's Arm Motto / Chadd
A white metal possibly nickel or silver plated cast arm badge with two original loops to the reverse. It is a scarce pattern without "eyebrows" and a lot more teeth than other examples (nine in total). it also has a particular rounded semi circular scroll bearing the motto "Or Glory". The Cheshire Regiment Bi-Metal Helmet Plate Centre (HPC)
Of two part construction with all four original loops (some verdigris to two of these). In good overall condition but polishing and service wear has lessened the detail on the coronet which is polished. Worn 1881 - 1914 on the Helmet Plate Centre and on the Glengarry until 1895.
