Coldstream Guards Other Ranks Cloak Cape Badges and Chain Set

Two cap badge sized stars in die struck brass with four original loops to the reverse of each. The correct seven link brass chain and hook fitting. Small ding to the centre of each star. I remember reading somewhere that the Coldstreamer's QMS would dent the centre of a valise badge taken out of service to prevent it being sold back later to the Regiment by some unscrupulous dealer. I wonder whether these dings are the same as they look quite deliberate, although they do not really detract.
