It depicts the 2 Army Selection Training Unit being inspected by Brigadier Leslie Wieler, DSO (late KOYLI) and behind him Lieutenant Colonel "Ganga" Dean, MC. Royal Ulster Rifles who was officer commanding of 2 ASTU.

A closely matching pair (one a bit grubby to reverse), with two original loops to the reverse of each. Of two part construction with a glit crown over a gilt shield with a silver plated overlay of the Arms of Guildford all mounted on a silver plated star. In very good overall condition. As worn from 1903 until 1954.

Indian Army - 109th Bombay Infantry One Piece Cast Brass Shoulder Title
A small and neatly cast title with two integral fixing loops to the reverse. In very good condition. As worn from 1903 when the 9th Bombay Infantry was re-numbered as the 109th Regiment. It became the 4th Battalion, 4th Bombay Grenadiers in 1922. Scarce.
