Regular Infantry Other Ranks Badges 1898 - 1922

Covering the Boer War, WW1 and the re-organisations of the early 1920s, this section attempts to bring together in order of precedence all of the other ranks cap badges worn during this period. It may include Victorian issues, Edwardian lugged issues, Slidered WW1 examples and also WW1 brass economy versions. I have only attempted to differentiate between badges where the pattern itself changed rather than say the type of crown, or the metals used. So a change due to size, or a change in badge design, such as the shape of a castle, or a change in a motto or title and the lettering included on a scroll, would result in my listing this as a pattern / version in its own right. Anyway I hope you find it useful. Any comments welcome.
