Kings Body Guard, Scotland's Royal Company of Archers (RCA) which dates to 1902 - 1912 only (Jennens stopped making buttons in 1912). In fabulous condition (the darkening behind the star and cross is just a reflection - the photo does not do the quality of the gilt justice). A scarce Scottish button.

Circa 27mm in diameter, semi domed with fixed shank to reverse, flat topped QVC crown and crossed lances with VRI monogram to centre.
