Two patterns, as follows:
Silver plated, with plate in very good condition. Fixed shank, maker marked Pitt & Co, Maddox St, London to reverse. Circa 19mm in diameter. Some minor marks. Flat topped Victorian crown dates it to pre-1902.
White metal, fixed shank and with the words Made in England to the reverse. Circa 18mm in diameter. King's crown so 1902 - 1952. ... read more

The 16th County of London Battalion ( Queen's Westminster and Civil Service Rifles ) Officer's Black Medium Pattern Button
Circa 17mm in diameter, fixed shank, no maker's mark. In reasonable condition, some loss of definition to far left but hard to see unless taken under flash conditions as per the photos. Worn circa 1922 - 1960. The Queen Victoria's Rifles amalgamated with them in 1960 when they became the The Queen's Royal Rifles.
