18th Royal Hussars Theatre Made Cast Brass Badge

A large cast brass badge on brass bar with long integral loops to the reverse. Circa 1.8cms tall and 3.5cms wide. Royal Berkshire Regiment - Without 'R Berks' below the dragon indicating a 1902-1920 issue mounted on a red/ maroon cord boss with two retaining wires still present. I think this has been mounted on the wrong coloured cord boss. According to K&K it should have been fitted to a khaki cord boss and worn with a red felt backing.
