Original printed formation sign, removed from uniform but in good overall condition. Some minor staining but otherwise colours bright.

Removed from uniform, a printed example of this scarceformation sign which comprises the white lion rampant of Bohemia with the cross of Lorraine in the centre on a red shield, super-imposed on a red cross on a pale blue background and with a white border. Initially fought in Tunisia as part of 1st Army, through Italy as part of the 8th Army and also with 15th Army Group. At the war end was renumbered 1st Armoured Division.
