WW1 Ancient Order of Foresters Tribute Medal
An unusual WW1 tribute medal engraved to J. T. Jones from the Ancient Order of Foresters (AOF) Newbridge-on-Wye for services in the Great War. In hallmarked Sterling Silver (Birmingham 1919) and suspended from an original piece of 1914 / 1914-15 star ribbon.
3cm across, nice detail, but some signs of wear which do not detract.

1914 Star to British Red Cross Society & order of St John of Jerusalem - E.J.P. Woollcombe
An original 1914 star with a lovely patina, correctly impressed naming to "E.J.P. Woollcombe, B.R.C.S. & O St J. J."
Regret I do not have his other medals. This is unresearched. but what a great name, should not be too hard to find! GVF condition, no damage.

1977 Silver Jubilee - Telescopic Viewer novelty - Interesting and rare
Entitled "Tim's Telescopic View of Her Majesty's Silver Jubilee 1952 - 1977". It has a viewing hole that takes your eye down through an animated procession from Admiralty Arch in London down the Mall to Buckingham Palace, and has the Queen and Prince Philip in their state coach with all the pagentry of London advancing towards you.

A good original example with impressed naming to "480 SJT:J.G. NODDING. 6/ DURHAM L.I." Light contact marks on the obverse, two small edge rubs. Unresearched.

WW2 Home Front - Royal Ordnance Factory ( ROF) No 3 - Birtley County Durham ( now Tyne and Wear )
Circa 3.1cm in diameter. Maker-marked T.L.M. Ltd, B'ham (Miller's of Birmingham). Back-stamped with the official issue number "2417". Has been worn, but in good condition.
ROF Birtley made cartridge cases in WW2. One of the scarcer ROF badges to find. read more

Matched pair of printed formation signs. Removed from Uniform. Mostly worn by Home Guard units. Very good condition.

81st West African Division Cloth Shoulder Formation Sign Badge - Burma
This sun bleached spider has evolved from a black to a brown tarantula spider on a yellow background, so unlike many of the unissued ones on many sites, this one has seen some real service.

In superb condition with no damage or moth, with only signs of minor wear to inside.
