A facing pair of die struck white metal cap badges with two original dark toned loops to the reverse of each. Line cavalry collar badges approved in 1898 - 1899. Early pattern bronze 2 part collar badge with applied dragon facing to the left. This has its tail with tuft rather than curl and arrow end, as described by Churchill as an early pattern issue. Signs of some service wear, but original lugs and cotter pin. Generally good condition. Circa 5.5cm tall.
