An officer’s solid brass bit boss with Guelphic crown unit title and Eagle to centre. With five original tabs to the reverse. Slight polishing to eagle's breast otherwise in very good condition. Circa 8cm tall and 4.5m wide. Rare.

Victorian 20th Hussars Officers Horse Furniture Ear Boss Ornament Badge
A scarce item still on its leather backing, with white metal XHX on brass. In very good condition for age. Circa 5.6cm in diameter. Some white polish has got into the leather backing, but it is still in good condition. I have given it a light coating with renaissance wax to feed the leather and keep it in good condition.

Victorian London Rifle Brigade Horse Harness Martingale Brass Badge Device
Rough cast brass with Queen Victoria crown and four original long retaining loops to the reverse. Worn by mounted officer's therefore scarce. Some fractures in retaining loops, which would have held this badge in place on its leather backing. It is not recommended that these are bent over or straightened.
Large and heavy at 8cm tall and 4.3cm wide.

WW1 CEF 204th ( Toronto Canada ) Battalion Pair of Bronze Collar Badges - Maker Marked Ellis & Co
Slightly more wear to colour on one than the other but a matched pair with maker marks P.W. Ellis & Co. on both embossed on reverse, with two original lugs to each. One the collar badges has wear to top lug, but although damaged it is still functional. Each 3cm tall and 3.6cm wide.
