A good die cast brass cap badge with original slider to the reverse maker marked JR Gaunt London (no full stop). Un-voided tablet below. I have seen this pattern in anodised but not in brass. Vendor claims this variant worn by 4th / 5th Battalion (TA) units.

A good stiff brass badge with original slider. Queens crown denotes post 1952. Welsh Home Guard unit, 2nd phase, 1951 to 1957.
