T/ RAMC / Derbyshire One Piece Brass Shoulder Title
As worn by Royal Army Medical Corps Derbyshire Territorials of the 1st North Midland Divisional Field Ambulance between 1908 - 1921. A good example on three original loops, slight crack in the joint between R in RAMC and the D of Derbyshire where they join but does not look obvious from front.

A set of badges to the 6th Rajputana Rifles, comprising an officers blackened brasspagri badge, rank insignia for the rank of a Lieutenant-Colonel and cast blackened shoulder titles 6RR all on their original red felt backing cloths. A circular die struck brass badge in the form of a garter surmounted by a Queen Victoria crown. The garter has the text, 'QUEENSLAND'. The garter surrounds a voided cross with four stars representing the Southern Cross. The back of the badge has two original vertically aligned lugs. Circa 53mm tall. Die cast brass badge with monogram NCV with a QVC crown above, and one screw post remaining with retaining nut. Owen (1st Edition) No 185 refers. There were a number of Natal irregular cavalry and mounted rifles at the time of the Zulu wars and it is presumed this is a generic issue for such corps, some of which were quite small. Circa 6cm tall and 7.5cm wide. Rare.

The Muslim element of the former Governor General and Viceroy's Bodyguard, the device suitably altered with the Crescent and Star in place of the crown and the letters PBG on the centre of crossed lancers. Two original loops to the reverse. Most probably local silver or silver plated. A badge of nice quality, circa 4cm tall. HQ Islamabad. Circa 1947 onwards.
