Cap and collars were same size. This one has been converted to a sweetheart badge with a strong pin fitting. It also appears to have been gold plated (unmarked). A very attractive item.

A small red edged golden yellow Maltese cross embroidered on black shield. Removed from a uniform. In good overall condition. Evidence of display tape to reverse.

Originally formed in Malta as 7th AA Brigade in 1936. Served with distinction throughout the Siege of Malta, 1940-1943.
