WW1 Fibre ID Identity Disc to a Scots Guardsman Amputee
A WW1 ID disc to 10347 Guardsman Walter Moses of the 2nd Battalion Scots Guards who lost a foot in 1916 and was entitled to a Silver War Badge. Copy of MIC and SWB roll (from the CD) to be provided. See the following forum discussion which mentions him and his SWB. Also entitled to a 1915 Trio as well as a SWB. In very good condition.

A scarce complete tube containing its original scroll. I have had to photograph the scroll behind a plastic sheet to keep it flat given its propensity to want to curl back up. WW1 London Volunteer League of the British Empire White Metal Lapel Button Hole Badge
A small white metal badge with lapel button, circa 26mm tall and maker marked M Lewis & Co, New Bond Street London. It also has a small suspension ring to the reverse of the crown.
The league was short-lived. I have also seen it described as the Victory League. read more
