An early full length title, possibly dating from around WW1. Some paper / glue to the reverse otherwise in very good condition. This is presumed to be an early version of the King's College School cadet unit's insignia but happy to be corrected.

An earlier large pattern version with the lettering in a single line and with a black hessian backing. Some traces of paper and glue to the reverse otherwise in good condition and scarce.

Oxfordshire Light Infantry Other Ranks Boer War Period Cut Down Pagri Pugaree Sun Helmet Flash
Cut down from the shoulder epaulette and edged with a white border. Heavily woven white on scarlet, some edge wear removed from uniform. Circa 4.5cm square. As worn from 1900 - 1908 on the pugaree. Rare. Note: The reference to Buckinghamshire was not added until 1908.

WW2 ATFERO (Atlantic Ferry Organisation) Enamel and Sterling Silver Wing
A very small silver lapel wing for ATFERO, the Canadian built Civilian Atlantic Ferry Organisation created in 1940; transferring to RAF Ferry Command in late 1941. Circa 2.9cms wide and 1cms tall. Original pin fitting, fully functional and maker marked Birks and stamped Sterling. 4th Territorial Battalion The Northumberland Fusiliers Other Ranks Scarlet Tunic, circa 1910 - 1914
Scarlet tunic with gosling green facings, white metal collar badges and king's crown buttons. The 4th Battalion previously wore grey tunics from but by 1910 the scarlet jacket, with gosling green facings was being introduced of which this is one. KRR - King's Royal Rifle Corps (KRRC) Blackened Metal Shoulder Title
One of a number of variations in design worn by the Regiment until 1958, all based on KRR, but this one with a central bar and two original loops to the reverse.
