Paste back title in good unissued condition. Unofficial private purchase. Whilst the Regimental Museum claims that only black on green were worn, both white on red and white on green shoulder titles do exist and these are not modern reproductions.

In worn condition with corner damage, some creasing and not too neatly trimmed down right side, but a good clear image of a Pte in the Royal Sussex Regiment. I have not encountered one in a gilt finish before, usually they are white metal or silver anodised. Also on a non tartan cut out black felt backing. Maker's details embossed to reverse JR Gaunt London. Any information welcome. Two original loops to the reverse. In very good condition.
