18th (Bromley) Kent Rifle Volunteer Corps Victorian shako plate c1860

Good scarce die-stamped blackened brass crowned coiled bugle ornamented with laurel; White Horse of Kent on steel wire gauze to voided centre. Some staining from rusting of backing mesh. Loops professionally replaced with white metal pin fittings. Scarce.

18th formed at Bromley 26th March, 1860.

Royal Irish Fusiliers (RIF) Officers Large Pattern Bullion Collar Badge

Circa 5.8cms tall. Silver plated mounted regimental pattern eagle above a plinth with the No 8 to centre. Removed from uniform. The usual floppiness at the grenade otherwise in good condition. An early and scarce collar badge.
