56th London Armoured Division Embroidered 2nd Pattern Formation Sign
As worn by this post war Territorial Army Division from 1950 onwards. In very good condition.
During the Second World War, 56th (London) Division adopted a black silhouette of Dick Whittington's cat on a red ground as its formation sign, leading to its nickname of the 'Black Cats'.

A red eagle pierced by a red arrow on a blue background, left facing. Some damage, but a scarce title. Formed pre war, by 1941 the 1st AA Corps comprised the 1st,5th, 6th, 8th and 9th Anti-Aircraft divisions. The 1st AA Corps Command staff provided command control and co-ordination for these divisions which were tasked with defending London and southern Britain. Rare.

7th AGRA Faicing Matched Pair of Silk Woven Formation Designation Signs Flashes
A facing and matched pair, each depicting a yellow centaur on blue depicting 7th Army Group Royal Artillery ( AGRA ). Removed from uniform, some wear to silk on edges and on the rear belly of the centaur facing right otherwise in good overall condition. Sticky pad from display album to reverse of each, is difficult to remove on account of the delicate threads so not recommended.
