RHA Royal Horse Artillery Gilt Brass Shoulder Title - Lambourne
A gilded brass example with two original silvered loops (?), and maker marked Lambourne & Co, Birmingham. In superb condition. Smaller than Westlake No 580 and 583. Circa 3.8cms wide at base and 1.7cms tall. Not small enough to be an officer's pattern but very neat looking.

Rifle Regiment Officer's Red Corded Boss
Useful. In very good condition. As worn on the Khaki peaked cap and forage cap/side cap by Rifle regiments. Circa 2.5cms in diameter and 1.5cms tall. Smaller than the 2GR example for sale at my item 65663.
It could also serve as formation commanders collar badge as per BoBD (jon Mills) no 361.

The Household Battalion - WW1 War Raised Unit - Reservists from The Household Cavalry, c.1916 - 1918
An original large oval badge with a bronzed finish but unusually this is fitted with a C clasp and pin and there is no sign of a slider having ever being fitted. Circa 5.7cm tall. Not aware of this unit wearing a pagri so either it is for this or unissued stock converted for wear as a sweetheart brooch. Any information welcome.

A matched set of equal colour, all in browning copper with two original loops to the reverse of each. No wear to fronts - superb condition.
Created on 22nd December 1915 and disbanded in March 1918.

In great condition with original pin. Only slight wear to plating on edges of bar otherwise a smart looking sweetheart badge. Makers Mark is WBS and "Rolled Gold" (effectively a form of plating) is stamped on reverse of bar. read more
