This excellent Boer War era brooch has been hand fashioned from a gilded wire into the name ‘Mafeking’ and a small photo of Lord Baden-Powell fitted into a glass fronted pendant suspended below, the quality of the piece is excellent as is the condition, it measures just under 1.75 long and is just over 1.25 deep. Will come boxed. Superb.
