Honorary British Legion Boxed Enamel Lapel Badge with Membership Card
Issue number 39722 on both the box and impressed on the back of the badge, which is in near mint condition, comes with small folding honorary membership card issued to an A.L. Ford, admitted to the Legion on 30 September 1934. Name of Branch 'Hurst' and located in Winnersh (Wokingham, Berkshire). Wear to box and internal folds of membership card. Came together.

East Lancashire Regimental Band Full Dress Bandsman's Helmet Plate, 1952 - 1968 QEII Issue
The helmet plate backing is a standard 8 pointed star made of gilding metal with a laurel wreath surmounted by a St Edwards Crown. The Helmet Plate Centre is a detachable circlet and has the words ‘East Lancashire’ with an Egyptian Sphinx in white metal with a black velvet background. A good original matching pair of circa 1907 to 1950 period 'Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve QAIMNSR nickel badges', worn on on the collar, but also as a cap badge, the reverse of each embossed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings to each. Circa 2.6cms tall.

Dorsetshire Regiment Officer's Pair of No 1 Dress Matched and Facing Silver Plated and Enamel Collar Badges - Marabout
Lime green enamel suggests post 1908 pattern, and the features of the sphinx suggest these were made by Gaunt. Some slight damage to the enamel on the left facing Sphinx (see photo) otherwise in good condition and worn until 1958 only. Two original silvered loops to reverse with cotter pins.
