Removed from uniform, printed cloth formation sign. Formed part of the BEF. Landed in Normandy on D Day 6th June and fought across France, Belgium and Southern Holland.

WW1 New Zealand - 15th (North Auckland) Infantry Regiment Cap Badge, King's Crown

A gilt brass example. die struck with two original loops to the reverse and maker's table JR Gaunt / London. Minor spotting otherwise in near mint condition. Circa 32mm in diameter. Collar badges were of the same pattern, but smaller (see my item 66228).

Circa 26mm wide, fixed shank, maker marked Jennens & Co London with PoW feathers. An early Army Veterinary Corps Officer's Button, worn circa 1906 - 1910 with King Edward VII cypher to centre. In very good condition, gilt bright. Rare.

Boer War London City Imperial Volunteers (CIV) Swagger Stick Sterling Silver Hallmarked Top (1900)

A scarce silver topped swagger stick top to the CIV with Queen Victoria crown and London coat of arms and the date 1900 below. Polish wear to detail on London coat of arms and silver dark toned. Hallmarked silver with London hallmarks and date letter 'e' for 1900. Scarce.

A field service cap badge with two original loops. Crowned Garter resting in four-part scroll “Queen’s Own Corps of Guides”, VR to voided centre and QVC crown above. This appears to have been cast from a hallmarked original (evidence of this to reverse). Circa 3.3cms tall. In good condition.

WW1 New Zealand NZ Military Forces Motor Reserve of Officers' Cap Badge

Very scarce brass cap badge with two loops to the reverse and makers details for Gaunt London, worn by the New Zealand Motor Reserve of Officers (only 178 officers). A stylized steering wheel, bearing the title "N.Z. Military Forces Motor Reserve". In existence for a very short period from 16 April 1913. Disbanded 11th February 1920. Circa 3.2cm in diameter. A lovely badge.
