A mizpah gilt brass sweetheart brooch in the classic double heart shape, to one side it has the pilot wing emblem for the RAF and on the other heart script which reads, ‘the lord watch between me & thee when we are absent from one another’. WW2 (Royal Army Service Corps) RASC Printed Air Despatch Formation Sign Patch Flash Designation Badge
An early WW2 printed removed from uniform example of the left facing yellow " Dakota " on a blue background, worn by Air Despatch units of the RASC. This is the version with the truncated tail fin. Side and bottom edges folded over but looks to be in very good condition.
