Middlesex Yeomanry / 47th (Middlesex Yeomanry) Signal Squadron Pair of Gilt Brass Buttons
Whilst they bear a QVC crown, this pattern of button with this crown was worn post 1902 by the 47th (Middlesex Yeomanry) Signals Squadron (V). Gilt buttons, the gilt dulled on the smaller of the two, both with fixed shanks and the larger maker marked JR Gaunt & Son Ltd, London, the smaller 'Made in England'. Circa 22mm and 17mm respectively. Some verdigris to reverse of smaller button.

WW1 South African Infantry General Service Pattern Bronze Helmet Pagri Badge
Die struck with a bronzed finish applied. Circa 57mm in diameter. Loops replaced with a stout and fully functional pin fitting, presumably for wear on the pagri of the tropical sun helmet. Slight wear to highpoints otherwise in very good condition.

WW2 13th Corps / British Element, Trieste Force (BETFOR) Printed Cloth Formation Sign
In unissued condition, a printed red leaping gazelle on a white circle in a red square with a narrow white border. Stylized version, facing left. In good overall condition with an old tape mark to reverse. According to Oliver Lock also worn by those Italians who had opted to fight on the allies side as F Recce Squadron.
Davis describes as rare (item 39).

Bi-metal cap badge in good condition with original slider, maker marked Firmin London to reverse and with a sweat / braise hole behind the POW feathers. Excellent condition.
The regiment was amalgamated with the 9th Lancers in 1960.
