A very scarce enamel pin badge depicting the town crest for Darlington in County Durham celebrating end on WW1 with "Peace 1919" below. Minor firing blemishes, but otherwise in great condition for age. Red enamel below the letters "in" in "industria" is missing, but again, this looks like a firing fault rather than damage. WW2 British Forces Kings Badge for Loyal Service, Normal and Miniature Patterns

Introduced in 1941, circa 26mm and 18mm in diameter respectively struck in white metal, the smaller one has more of a chrome finish. The King's Badge was awarded to British Forces personnel who had been invalided out of the services during WW2 and were entitled to a war disablement pension. They were both unnamed and unnumbered. A small attractive King's Crown enamelled unmarked silver lapel badge for the Officer's Training Corps (OTC). Made by J.R. Gaunt, London. In good condition complete with a lapel button-hole fixing. No damage to enamel. Registered design number 627163 to reverse, which gives this design a registration date of between 1913 and 1914.

An attractive gilt and enamel badge which shows the crest of the city of Dundee, 29mm in diameter. It is engraved with 37/2 and has the maker's details on the reverse Rattray, Dundee. It also has an extra loop mounted on it for a safety chain (the safety chain is no longer present). In good condition with only a small bit of surface damage to the surface of the enamel at about 1 o'clock.
