WW2 Combined Operations Printed Cloth Arm Badge as worn by Naval / Royal Marine personnel

In unissued condition. The badge was made by “Calico Printers”. Red RAF eagle, RN anchor and an Army Tommy-Gun on a black tombstone shaped backing, this shape usually worn by Royal Navy and Royal Marines personnel in Combined Operations Units.

WW2 Royal Navy RN Petty Officer's Bullion Cap Badge, King's Crown

Removed from cap. A padded bullion wire example with embroidered crown and silver plated metal fouled anchor to centre, on black wool background. Hessian backed with strengthening bar. In good worn condition. Central jewel below crown is blue. They were worn with blue central jewels from 1920 onwards.

WW2 Royal Navy - Woven Cloth Shoulder Title

In good condition (a little bit wrinkled), hessian backed. Authorised for wear on battledress in June 1941, replaced with a printed version in April 1943. initially worn by RN Beachmasters and with a separate supplementary Commando title by RN Commando units on battledress. Rare.

Royal Navy (RN) Telegraphists / Wireless Operators Bullion Cloth Rating Badge

Removed from uniform. The paper packing cloth is unusual in that it reveals the makers name, 'Gwendyr Make' which suggests a Welsh manufacturer. A search on line shows they made items high quality embroidered items for the US forces stationed in the UK during WW2 and well as items for the Royal Navy and RAF both during and after WW2. WW1 Royal Naval Air Service (RNAS) Armoured Car Section Collar / Lapel Badge

A scarce bronzed collar badge with two original loops (slight verdigris to reverse of one loop). As worn by the R.N.A.S. Armoured Car Section during WW1 from 1916 onwards. It depicts an Armoured Car to the centre of a crowned oval. Circa 4.1cm wide and 4.7cm tall. In superb condition for age, with its original bronze patina.

WW1 Royal Naval Division (RND) Collingwood Battalion Silver Sweetheart Brooch

An extremely fine and very rare hollow silver example, highlights enhanced with gold plate, the reverse bearing Birmingham hallmarks for 1915 (date letter q) and maker's details "S.Bros". Very good condition, original pin fittings, no dents or distortion. Width circa 44mm.
