WW1 bronzed brass, King's crown, Jewish Chaplains cap badge for the Army Chaplains Department - Pagri fitting?
In good condition complete with original slider. Circa
4.6cms tall. Die cast with slider attached behind the crown. My only conclusion is that slider would have applied for wear on the sun helmet as regulations at the time did not permit the making of holes in such items for the wear in the sun helmet. Any information / thoughts welcome.

A brass cap badge / shoulder title for The Military Mounted Police with two hexagonal lug fastenings (east and west). Westlake states these shoulder titles were worn as cap badges up to 1904. Some service wear to the first M (slightly out of shape) otherwise in good condition and scarce.
